OMG! Is all I can say about this recipe. For those of you who love Baily’s on ice but would prefer a non-dairy version, give this a go. It ticks all the boxes for me & is kinder on the planet, the animals on the planet & your body.

You will need:
1 Tin of Coconut Milk
2Tbsp Agave Nectar
2Tbsp Chocolate Sauce (I used sweet freedom chocolate shot)
2tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Irish Whisky
Blitz all the ingredients together & pour over ice – Cheers!
