You will need:
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Flax Oil, MCT or Coconut
2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Oats
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (avail in the shop)
Liquid Stevia to taste
